[SBU Board] Meeting tomorrow

Hi all,

I’ve attached a list of responsibilities for the upcoming sectional  based on our conversation last night. Please let me know of things I missed/corrections/etc. 

I will be following up over the next 2 weeks to see if the tasks have been accomplished or if any support is needed.

In anticipation of our next meeting, I would like us to think through what our November 18-20 Sectional would look like, so we can move ahead with the steps that will get a flyer in place, a sanction #, and on the acbl calendar.

I have also booked us for Feb 17-19, 2023 at Scottish Rite Temple after confirming with Matt K that he can support our sectional that weekend.
