Hi Jeff,
After the last sectional, I wanted to dig up the old document that we voted
on as a board and approved as a board for sectional events going forward.
Unless something changes, this should (imo) be used as a reference for
answering questions about how many rounds/boards/etc to run for the various
events. Obviously the board is free to do what they wish, but I thought it
might be handy to have available as it might have gotten lost in the
passage of time.
One thing that has happened since is that directors locally have been
extremely hesitant to actually do any sort of warnings about time so we
started to disregard that part. However, the notes about boards/rounds/etc
all seemed to work well.
