[SBU Board] nominating committee report out

Hi all,

As of our deadline of October 18, we have 4 candidates who have notified us
they are interested in serving on the board:

David Dailey
Craig Mills
Steve Estvanik
Janet Ealy


As we have 4 openings, this just meets our current needs and we will not
need to hold an election.
