[SBU Board] Payment Fees (for pre-registration)

Looks good, and I like the Squarespace solution as well. Confused as to why
the Squarespace method won't allow for in-site purchases online, but I
think we can manage it anyway.
I hope everyone got a chance to look things over by the time of the meeting.
