[SBU Board] Next year events and potential dates

Next year potential events, with proposed dates--


   - Sweetheart Sectional, typically taking place President's Day weekend
   just before the Portland Regional (3-day event)
   - Spring I/N, typically taking place in late April/early May (2-day
   event)
   - Suntan Sectional, typically taking place in July or August, after the
   Nationals and before Lynnwood (3-day event)
   - KO Sectional, typically taking play over Memorial Day (4-day event)
   - Fall Sectional, typically taking place over Halloween weekend, end of
   October (3-day event)
   - Fall I/N, sometimes a regional, taking place in November before the
   Nationals. (2-day event)


Question for the Board:

   - Do we want to run 6 events next year?
   - Do we want what we usually do?
   - In any case, if we are to have a Sweetheart event, we need to apply
   for the sanction and secure a venue.


Pending Board approval, potential dates


   - Feb 18-20 (Sweetheart Sectional)--this MAY be at the North Seattle
   College, still not sure.
   - a weekend in April for the Spring I/N tournament--This may take place
   at a local club, still unknown
   - May 27-31 (KO Sectional)--this will probably be in Bothell, WA at the
   Union Hall
   - a weekend in July or August for the Suntan Sectional (avoiding the
   nationals, of course)--this will prob be in Kent, WA.
   - October 29-31 (Fall Sectional)--this may take place in Bothell, still
   unknown
   - November 12-13  for the Fall I/N Sectional (avoiding the NABCs, of
   course)--we have an outstanding agreement/contract with SRT for this date
   in 2022.

The spreadsheet attached below identifies D19 and D20 events already in the
calendar, as well as key days we try NOT to do anything on (Husky football,
Seahawks, holidays, etc).
