[SBU Board] Fwd: Return to F2F Play

Hi all,

As we discussed at our last board meeting, I had reached out to Tim
regarding the ACBL's position on return to F2F play, procedures, costs,
etc. that are expected; setting expectations with members; and protecting
clubs in the return from tournament competition.  Tim provided the reply
below and attached.  Let me know of any comments or questions you'd like me
to share with Tim.
