[SBU Board] Proposal for the Upcoming Mentor/Mentee Game

JC, Ann, Michael and I were all discussing this in person last night, and
at least for this event, our new proposal is to make this event free as a
thank you to our players. The game should cost us less than $500 between
sanction fees and facility/director fees and essentially agree that
charging mentors would be a disincentive. We've also taken in membership
fees for the last 2 years, and clearly haven't had as many events as a
normal year.
