[SBU Board] Next Board Meeting - need action/reply by EOD 9/30

Hi all,

Due to a pressing need for me to use up vacation time at work, Scott and I
have scheduled (just in the past week!) a socially distanced road trip to
Yellowstone for 10/3-10/10.  As such, neither of us are available for our
normally scheduled 10/5 board meeting.

I wanted to offer up to the board two options:

   1. Reschedule for 10/12 (one week later).
   2. Go ahead with the 10/5 date, Scott and I will be absent.  I'll
   provide the agenda in advance as normal and Susan (as VP) will run the
   meeting. (We may tap someone else to run the Zoom call using the board's
   account.)

We don't have any pressing items on the agenda that require we meet 10/5
vs. 10/12, but I know board members may already be committed for 10/12,
either in a club game or other activities.

Please* reply to this email with your preference for option 1 (reschedule
to 10/12) vs. option 2 (keep 10/5 date) vs. "no strong preference" by the
end of day on 9/30 (Wednesday) *so I can prep and plan according to the
option best suited to the majority of the board.
