[SBU Board] Fwd: New Virtual Club

I lean hard toward allowing the Tacoma game to be promoted on our website.
Also Everett, for that matter.  It promoted better bridge throughout the
region.  Tacoma (and Everett) are not growing or doing particularly well
and can use the help.  We are tech-savvy, well-funded and organized.  I
think this this will promote goodwill and will benefit when we have
sectionals and such.  I don't think it will hurt our club games.  So I say
yes.
