Hi Julie,

I'm going to try to convene a quick board meeting to discuss on Monday.
The lack of notice on this doesn't give us a lot of time to prepare a
response, unfortunately, but I am certain our board will have an opinion to
share.

As a point of interest -- We are running a free online KO this weekend (the
board funded hiring a director -- not sanctioned, no MPs, since the ACBL
has no setup for us to sanction this) in place of our traditional
sectional, and it has gotten a lot of participation despite us putting it
together in just the past couple of weeks or so. In particular, we have
good participation in the 0-2500 bracket where we want to be encouraging
ongoing play. We planned it to avoid conflict with local club game times.
A lot of our players have reached out and said they appreciate us putting
together this event.

Thanks,
JC
