[SBU Board] Fwd: Important Letter About ACBL

Note sent to Julie about 2.5 hrs ago, no response yet.

For my part, at minimum, I'd like for us to state that this vote should be
postponed/deferred until units and districts have had more adequate notice
and a more formal opportunity to provide comment. Sending us our first
heads-up on the Friday before a holiday weekend, with roughly 3 business
days notice of a vote that impacts every unit for the rest of 2020 is
inappropriate.
