[SBU Board] COVID-19: NLM Spring Sectional, Board Meetings, KO Sectional

NLM cancellation notice sent to:

   - ACBL
   - Matt K. (for director FYI, I didn't have Jeremy's email)
   - Nick
   - Mike for the SUN

I also updated our website to reflect this cancellation and the latest ACBL
guidance.
