[SBU Board] Urgent Bridge Tournament Update

I've updated our website to reflect the below directive.

Ann - please let the Scottish Rite temple know that we are not holding the
Fall NLM regional event this year.
Susan - please let the IUOE hall know that we won't be holding the
fall/harvest sectional this year.

For both of the above, please convey our thanks and appreciation for the
sites' flexibility in this regard.
