[SBU Board] FW: Unit Approval Required

I think we can find alternative dates at Bothell that will work. It is not
yet clear, per Bev, that we will have Oct 16-18--they have an internal
customer who may be using those dates and they get first crack. In the
meantime, Bev has indicated other dates that are available, and I think it
makes sense to see if they can work. Personally, I hate to say no to
ESBC--they do so much for the Unit, and it may be that we can't have that
weekend.
