[SBU Board] Grand Life Masters in our Unit

The monthly In-and-Out report should contain that information.  I believe
that is sent to whoever is listed with ACBL as the membership chair for the
Unit.  Over most of the last year, Patti has been forwarding that report to
me each month; now, I expect I'll receive those directly.

The In-and-Out report is the source for the names & addresses for the new
member coupons & letters, and also for the names and ranks Patti put
together for the SUN.  Now, that's my job.

So... given that I know I'm behind on new member coupons, I guess I'm also
behind on advising the board about major achievements.  I'll look at the
several recent reports and look specifically for Dee's new rank.
