[SBU Board] 2019 Unit Award Winners

Hi all,

Attached is the 2019 list of award winners. Note that the 0-5 winners for
some categories are different from what you see online (or are
blank/pending); this is by intent.

I'd appreciate it if the board could scan through and help me identify any
instances where a winner might prefer we use a name variant (e.g., Mike
instead of Michael) instead of the formal name that the ACBL publishes. (I
already did this for folks that I know.)

I'll be printing certificates and lists, including a summary list to be
used for announcements, tomorrow. I'll also be emailing the winners later
today to let them know and remind them about the awards ceremony.
