[SBU Board] Whistler Feedback requested for District Board Meeting

Hi all,

Tim previously forwarded some concepts about making Whistler an every year
thing to the unit board. I'll forward that email again for context and to
include new board members.

My understanding is that a discussion about this and potentially a vote
will be one of the main things on the agenda for our next district board
meeting. Leading up to that, I was hoping to hear from as many board
members about the subject.

I put together a really quick survey that I was hoping board members could
fill out so I can be better informed on everyone's thoughts/preferences/etc
going into the meeting.
