We would have to pay it before we lose it (it's due at date - 60 days) but it's $2460 + $150 janitorial. (Unclear whether janitorial would be lost or not).

If we cancel Kent at any point, we lose a $500 deposit (that we made in 2017 for the event that year and rolled over into this contract rather than getting it refunded). We owe them the full rental fee at 60 days out, and after that, we lose the full fee if we cancel.
