[SBU Board] fyi

[Ann Romeo]

I have notified Scott, Tom and Karen that they have been offered positions
on the board; Karen and Tom have expressed mixed delight.
I have also told Renae that she has not been selected (for now).
I have also applied for a sanction for the NLM Spring tourney.
AND Kent is sending me a contract for the August tournament this week.

Also, we did not have time to discuss a November meeting.  Traditionally we
do not usually have a meeting in November, and personally, I think we have
committees doing work that should put us in a good place come January.
We have a group setting up our holiday party and working up unit
competitions for the late winter/early spring.
SO, what say you:  should we have a November meeting?  Let me know your
thoughts.
