[SBU Board] Fwd: Reorganization motion

This is forwarded for info.  

While the organizational concept in the motion might not be perfect, I believe it a much-needed step in the right direction and I strongly encourage Julie to support it when it comes before the BoD.

I am unable to make the BoG meeting in SF.  Ray Miller has my proxy for the meeting.
