[SBU Board] Marketing Solutions (Pianola) Update

We're likely looking at $20-40 per email blast to reach players within a
drive of our tournaments. It's possible I could shave it down a little
(most notably by excluding players who likely get our SUN email blasts
already), but that's the ballpark.
As a point of comparison, we're able to reach up to 2000 players at no
charge via Mailchimp, as often as we want. If the ACBL would share the
nearby unit rosters with us, it would cost us $8.50 a month ($102/year) to
use Mailchimp to send blasts to nearby units. (We'd be able to send to up
to 50,000 players as often as we want for that monthly rate, and we'd get a
lot more control, design options, support, and engagement data vs. Pianola.)
