[SBU Board] Kids game at the Suntan

After back and forth with ACBL, with an assist with Jenni, I have confirmed
that we can add a kids event at our Suntan sectional. This event will be
covered under our original sanction--no problem, Jenni will add it.

I understand from John Weinberg that there is a space at Islander where the
kids can play that is near our space and yet somewhat blocked off.

So here is what I propose we offer to SNGB.


   - We would like to offer a single session Youth event on Saturday, first
   session.  SNGB will provide table monitors for the kids (to help with
   getting set up and keep the game running).  SNGB will help with the
   registering of the participants.
   - In terms of directors, Jenni thinks her staff will be able to handle
   the calls....personally, it might be also good if someone who is a director
   can help... Barb or Patti...
   - I propose that John Weinberg be the link between SNGB and this event,
   working directly with Anne.  If Barbara Nist and Patti are there, even
   better!



We'll talk about going forward at the June meeting.
