I think JC makes good points. However, it does seem like summer is a really
good time to do this for the first time. It is also the time of year when
the summer camp happens.

I think starting with one session and treating it as a learning experience
for stuff going forward is a good idea. Also, several D19 board members
mentioned they wanted to see more local youth events. Not sure how much we
care, but that's a minor information point.

One comment is I would love to see hands on involvement from someone from
NGB in addition to Anne Farmer. I don't think Anne is the most organized
person, so having someone else from NGB who can provide that should
hopefully reduce the impact on tournament chairs/directors/etc imo.
