[SBU Board] Unit phone set up for Suntan Sectional

Just letting folks know that the Unit phone now has been set up for the
Suntan Sectional.

When a call comes in, the caller is given the option to press 9 to connect
to the tournament chairs (Tom and John), or press 7 to just leave a
voicemail.

If they choose option 9 but they're outside tournament hours, they get sent
to the voicemail box anyhow.

Voicemails are sent as attachments to my email address; I check that email
regularly and will do so at the tournament, outside of game times.
