[SBU Board] Proposed 2018 Budget (revised)

The Board asked me to present a proposed budget for 2018, incorporating the assumption that our future competitions this year will experience a 5% decline in attendance.

That budget is attached, for consideration by the Board at our meeting Monday May 7.
