In response to Larry's note below:

My original notes from site survey are attached.  Other things that come to mind:

As renters, we get priority for parking places outside in the rear near the roll door.  

They are sensitive about melting ice dripping and causing puddles on the basketball court floor — get ice bag contents into coolers and water container immediately and have cloth towels at hand.

As I recall there are drop power cords from overhead that need a reach pole to pull down for use.

Back right corner door needs to be propped open — however, need to watch out for unsavory persons wandering in through this door, especially during dinner breaks.

If not enough chairs in West Gym storage closet (where work tables are also located), may need staff help to access East Gym storage closet or Green River Room across the hallway for more chairs.

As I recall, the King County Justice Center parking garage immediately to the west is off limits on Friday.
