Forwarding, FYI, minutes distributed today for the 2 April 2018 D19 board meeting.  An item or two I brought up -- flow down of national electronic device policy, Player Memo / Zero Tolerance process arising out of the Everett GNT Finals, … -- aren't included; I'll address them in any event in the course of things.

A reminder that the D19 Board Position presently occupied by Steve Kasner is up for election this year.  Only U446 board members vote in this election.
