[SBU Board] 2019 Sun Tan Sectional Update

I too like the date of July 5-7.  I suspect this will work for
Bothell--can't imagine the union doing much over the 4th...might work for
MI, too?  But I also believe that some of us will be out of town on an
extended vacation due to the 5th being a day off for most companies.
