[SBU Board] Boards for Sweetheart Sectional

Yesterday evening Sharon and I had occasion to discuss pre-duplication of boards for the upcoming Sweetheart Sectional, Feb 16-18.

Given addition of a 3rd session Friday, four flights of events on Saturday, our use of Web movements, and some number of pre-duped boards for Sunday Swiss, there appears to be the need for a greater than usual number of sets of pre-duplicated boards in total.

Sharon says she will be able to pre-duplicate the unit's 24 sets of boards ahead of Friday Feb 16.  However, she will not be able to return to the site over the course of the tournament and thus will not be able to take boards used on Friday or Saturday and pre-duplicate them for use in later sessions.

Larry and Ray, as Co-Chairs, please coordinate with Jenni to establish the quantity of sets of pre-duplicated boards required for each session over the entirety of the tournament.  You will then need to make arrangements for pre-duplication of the number of sets in excess of the unit's 24 sets that Sharon will pre-duplicate.  One way to handle this would be to have David pre-duplicate -- in advance -- the remaining number of required sets.
