[SBU Board] Fwd: 2019 D19 NAP Finals

If it is going to be Vancouver in 2019, does that mean it will be in
Seattle in 2020? I thought the point of Mount Vernon was that it was
halfway in between. If we aren't going to keep doing Mount Vernon, would
be nice to have it closer to home on the non-BC years.
