There is no official masterpoint limit for B, although I've been trying
to keep things somewhat balanced. A big complaint last year was that
there weren't enough good teams in the 2nd bracket so the season lacked
suspense. I'm hoping that the field will be a lot stronger/more
consistent this year with the 3 brackets so as long as a new pair aren't
top A players than it should be fine.
