<div class="PlainText">There is no official masterpoint limit for B, although I've been trying
<br>
to keep things somewhat balanced. A big complaint last year was that <br>
there weren't enough good teams in the 2nd bracket so the season lacked <br>
suspense. I'm hoping that the field will be a lot stronger/more <br>
consistent this year with the 3 brackets so as long as a new pair aren't <br>
top A players than it should be fine.<br>
