[SBU Board] Draft Flyer - Sweetheart Sectional 2018 - Send feedback by 9/30

Hi all,

Please find attached a draft flyer for the 2018 Sweetheart Sectional.  A
few notes on what has changed:

   - Friday times shifted to 11am & 3:30pm, with 7pm fast pairs added (BAM
   removed)
   - Strats for open events when a 0-2500 is present changed to 0-3000,
   3000-5000, 5000+ per feedback from Jenni at last year's Sweetheart
   (included in postmortem)

I'm attaching last year's flyer for reference.

Please note that I will *not* be at the board meeting in October. I'd like
to get this finalized before I leave for my trip to avoid scrambling when I
return.  Thus, I would appreciate it if the board could review by end of
this month.  Specifically, I will be seeking sign-off from *Tim, Ray, and
Larry* on the schedule and flyer before it is sent to the ACBL for
approval. (I will send a separate thread to Matt and Jenni for comment and
CC Tim, Ray, and Larry.)
