[SBU Board] EBC scheduling alongside Fall sectional

Hi all,

Not sure who would be the best to reach out to EBC (should I be doing it 
as the tourney chair?). However, Jeff pointed out that EBC is currently 
scheduling their standard club games Oct 27, 28 and 29 simultaneously 
with the unit fall sectional.

Given that the sectional is only a few miles away, it seems likely that 
this was an oversight or something. Perhaps they thought we were doing 
it in Kent or the original weekend?

Just wanted to highlight this sooner rather than later as the director 
schedule for EBC just went out. If I should be reaching out, is my 
assumption that Paulette and Stan Roberts are the two that I should send 
an email to correct?
