A few other items to consider:

There could be factors in terms of which sectional (Feb or July) might be considered for this – winter time mid-morning driving weather risk for players; finishing earlier in summer to take advantage of more daylight hours afterward; lighter attendance at summer sectionals; effects on security coverage schedule/costs at Forest Ridge if security is again implemented.
What is the ACBL area supervisor’s view?

Is David amenable to driving across town in morning rush hour traffic to hook up the trailer and then tow it to a sectional site, arriving around 7:30AM Friday?

How might a 7:30AM Friday show time impact set up participation?
