[SBU Board] Nov Agenda Refresh, etc.

Folks,

I've refreshed our Nov meeting agenda, attached, to add two items:

Survey proposals.  Eric (Unit games/events) and Ann (NLM)

January board meeting.  As the first Monday of January 2018 falls on New Years Day, the board will discuss and set the January meeting date (by tradition it would be Monday, January 8) and discuss the site.  At the January meeting, following approval of November meeting minutes, the board's first order of business will be to elect a new president who will then run the remainder of the meeting, including elections of the other officers and non-bylaws positions, and other topics.
