[SBU Board] how doable to send a short survey to the attendees of the NLM tournament

As we think this through, in Olympia I picked up a bit of insight (and a flyer) on how Vancouver BC U430 does NLM sectionals.  We might take this into consideration if/as we formulate a survey and future plans.
