[SBU Board] how doable to send a short survey to the attendees of the NLM tournament

We'd need a list of the attendees, and I'd be cautious about doing that
survey too close to the one Eric wants to do so that people aren't getting
multiple surveys back to back.

It might be worthwhile to do an NLM-only survey, including asking about the
sectionals and also trying to get feedback on what else we can do as a unit
to better serve NLMs.  (spacing the various surveys is still a concern, but
if we want to pay to upgrade, we could probably cover multiple surveys just
adding one month for each additional to allow spacing time).
