[SBU Board] Preps for Bothell

Sorry this is late.  Here are the items that I haven't confirmed.  For each
item, please let me know status.

   - Patti: Request caddy numbers, assign caddies
   - JC: Email blasts
   - Bill / Eric: Arrange photographers for the end of each
   - David: Confirm board dup's w/ Sharon (I'm sure that this is in place
   but I'm checking with her by tomorrow)
   - Tim: Have we arranged with Roberto for janitorial?
   - Tim: Do we need extra trash pick-up?

I think that's it.
