[SBU Board] Preps for Bothell

Regarding flyers for Sweetheart - I will be there on Saturday, no plans to
be there on Friday as of now. If we want the flyers there on Friday, I need
someone to volunteer to take them (I can arrange to have them printed
somewhere near you or to meet up for hand-off.)  Otherwise, flyers will
arrive on Saturday before the afternoon session.
