[SBU Board] Dates

Hi all,

We have some initial dates on things that I wanted to confirm with the 
board before we sent out an email blast.

June 4th for the barometer at EBC, Paulette is looking into confirming 
if Matt can direct. If not we'd probably just find another director.
June 25th for the captain's teams at EBC, ditto Paulette exploring 
Matt's availability

The round robin is currently scheduled to close at the end of March. 
There are plenty of bracket 1 teams, but we need more teams for bracket 
2. I've been talking to club managers to ask them to make an 
announcement. Barbara Nist is going to announce Monday night, and I also 
need to ask Ann Romeo (altho she's also on this list) to make an 
announcement Sunday night. I would personally recommend we extend the 
bracket 2 deadline to Apr 15 to allow another team or two to form. Given 
the fact clubs are just now making these announcements, that'd give 
people time to form teams or reach out to me for help finding teammates.

Remaining trifecta games would be this fall, but dates are still TBD 
given the uncertainty from the new regional and our other tournament 
schedule stuff.

Assuming no one has any big objections, it'd be great to do an email 
blast in the next few days announcing the trifecta dates and impending 
closure of RR enrollment as part of the blast about the newsletter 
getting published.

Also probably add the barometer and Captain's teams to FB at that time.
