[SBU Board] FYI - JC & Scott *not* available early on Saturday's 1pm session

At the board meeting, I had mentioned that Scott & I could arrive early to
help if there was a need to set up the overflow room.  I had forgotten that
the Sounders are playing on Sat afternoon, so we are not available after
all.  (We are neither playing nor available for setup.)

I'm going to get the save the date flyers over there either with Scott
tomorrow for the daytime game or worst case (if I can't get them printed
tonight), I'll bring them for the Saturday evening game.
