[SBU Board] Survey drawing winners

I have plenty of coupons.  I can fill them out ahead of time if there is to be a formal presentation.  Normally they are good for 12 months but you are proposing they have to be used at this event?

That will work if we have enough of the coupons and can mark them to expire end of next year.  We'd need 6 (2 per person).  Can you confirm that you've got enough?

  The winners of the survey drawing are:

  Valerie Lycette (Issaquah, WA)
  Larry Baum (Seattle, WA)


  They're each entitled to 2 free entries to a sectional of their choice within our unit, expiring 12/31/2017.


  I honestly can't remember (and couldn't find confirmation anywhere) whether I'm supposed to create a coupon for them or if we were going to use existing ones.  I'm fine with either plan, but I would like to alert the winners in time to use this weekend, if possible.
