[SBU Board] Tournament committee findings & recommendations

good work.  I like the 10 and 3 on Saturdays of a tournament (10:30 might
actually be better, but that's your call).  I wonder if instead of compact
KOs on Sunday of our KO sectional, we offer a Swiss, or maybe a Compact and
then single session swiss for the losers.  I want something that will keep
people there all day (for both sessions).
