[SBU Board] Please Review Proposed 2018 Tournament Lineup

I'll be missing the meeting too--have prior obligation.  I think David is
also going to miss the meeting....we're both at the same event.

The dates look good to me.

My only concern for events next year is with the Trifecta.  I would
encourage the events to start at 1:00 on Sunday, so that the UW game isn't
always stepped on.  Mind you, I know that when we get into Football season,
exceptions will be made, but I'd love it if can have 1:00 starts for most
of our unit events taking place on Sundays.  None of the other clubs have
games Sundays (at least so far)...

I'll need some help with ice and pop for the fall sectional.  10 bags to
start.  I'll let you know re pop.
I'm going to buy some water to start and we can use the jugs to fill for
the coffee pots, per last year.
I'll be there at setup and take down.  Ray also for take down (but not set
up).
