[SBU Board] Unit Holiday Party Date & Host

host away kiddo!  I tried to get Ray to say yes to me hosting at the
condo--but we have the same issues of parking and we're just not big
enough.  He nixed it....

I'll help in any way, and yep, work around Fircrest. Right now December is
wide open.
