I've made all changes received so far in the attached.
Susan, Patti, Mike, and Larry - Since you're chairing, please send an affirmative sign-off or send comments on what needs to be changed by EOD today or ASAP. In particular, please review your name & contact info since those are new additions.
David - I changed the fall to 1:30 & 7:30 on Friday per your mail. I don't know who actually sets the times or what the reasoning might have been, so I'm taking the information posted as the authority for now. If anyone on the list knows that it should be otherwise, please speak up.

Please see attached for draft flyers for the Fall sectionals, for board approval. In particular, I need to know the following information to complete the flyers:
a.. the names of the tournament chairs for both the Fall & NLM Fall
b.. the names of the directors in charge for both Fall & NLM Fall
c.. that the schedule of events and event lists are correct (both are copied from the same tournaments from last year, but since these are different locations from last year, it's possible the times need adjustment)
For publishing and printing schedules, I need this information and board sign-off on these flyers by EOD 7/5 (Tuesday).
