[SBU Board] flyers for Fall sectionals

I've made all changes received so far in the attached.

*Susan, Patti, Mike, and Larry* - Since you're chairing, please send an
affirmative sign-off or send comments on what needs to be changed by EOD
today or ASAP.  In particular, please review your name & contact info since
those are new additions.

*David *- I changed the fall to 1:30 & 7:30 on Friday per your mail. I
don't know who actually sets the times or what the reasoning might have
been, so I'm taking the information posted as the authority for now.  *If
anyone on the list knows that it should be otherwise, please speak up.*
