Greetings, all –

I am sorry I will not be able to attend tomorrow night’s Board Meeting.
I have another Board Meeting to attend, and there was no way I could resolve the conflict.

Here is my report for the month ending January 31, 2016.
It is in abbreviated form, because we are only one month into the year, and it was a quiet month at that.

Our current bank balances (adjusted for two outstanding checks):

                Checking              $    17,140.18
                Certif Deposit          15,358.51

                TOTAL                          32,498.69

This total is $2,827.29 below our total as of the end of December, 2015.

Summary of our transactions during January 2016:

                Vasa Park Rental for Sweetheart Sectional     $   (  3,285.00)
                Recvd from ACBL, Membership Fees               +       1,300.97
                New Playing Cards (first half ordered)                     (     499.32)
                Round Robin Party Hospitality                                    (     203.97)

                TOTAL transactions in January 2016                          (  2,827.29)


During January I have prepared the two annual financial reports we are required to file each year.
One is for the Secretary of State of Washington; and the other is IRS Form 990-EZ (but it takes hours).
If any board member would like to see a copy of one or both of these reports, or has any other questions, let me know.
