[SBU Board] Fwd: Publicity Chair Role Description & Update - for tomorrow

Note - I tried sending this yesterday, but I'm not sure it came through.  I
don't see it in the moderation queue for the mail list, so I'm trying again
just in case.

As requested at our January meeting, I prepared a summary of the publicity
chair role for the board's review and acceptance or edit.  Also, as an
update to the board, I listed out tasks completed in the past month as well
as near and long term tasks in plan.  Both are included in the attached PDF.

If you won't be at the meeting, please feel free to send feedback offline
(please reply to me only to avoid cluttering the list).
